In the U.S. you can generally leave your estate to whomever you wish. That may not be true under foreign laws. Which country&#039;s laws govern your estate can make a huge difference.</description>

		<description>It is a big concern for lots of expats and for some, e.g. expats in Dubai, there is the added issue of a potential forced inheritance regime that may override the wishes in a valid will.

		<description>My mother had passed three years ago my sister and my mother had a bank accont set up for the four kids if something should happen to her .My aunt was in charge of overseeing everything in her will my sister went and took everything out of the bank and passed it out too my other brother and sister and cut me completly out of my mothers will is there anything that i can do about this matter thank you</description>
